Kit-kat is a 10-year-old neutered male domestic cat. His former owner was an elderly lady who recently passed away and we are not able to keep him because our cats do not get along with him. She originally adopted him as a stray when he was a kitten. We do not want to put him in a shelter because it is likely that he will either stay there for a long time or be euthanized anyway. We would like to give him another chance at life before resorting to that alternative. He has a shy and very non-aggressive personality and loves to be around people who he is used to. Although we try to visit him as often as possible, he is still quite lonely. We are hoping to find a slower paced home for him. He has a more submissive personality, so it would probably be best if he was adopted into a household with no other cats or another cat with a submissive personality. He is not declawed and does not have any behavioral issues, such as scratching, as far as we are aware.
